Hector Negron is an experienced entrepreneur & business transformation consultant whose career commenced
with Arthur Andersen LLC in both the business consulting and the financial audit divisions. Later he held executive
positions in other international consulting firms including Microsoft, where he was recognized by the CEO at that
time (Steve Balmer) as one of the Global Employees of the Year for the Business Solutions Division
(Dynamics). Hector presently is the Chief Business Transformation Officer & Founder of Optimus Business
Transformation and holds various Board of Director positions in other technology startup corporations. His
competencies include Technology, Business Process Optimization, Mobility, Cloud, AI, Retail, Hospitality, Food &
Beverage, Startups and Latin America/Caribbean Emerging Markets. He also holds 2 MBA’s from the University
of Florida.
Hector also does research, vision and strategy consulting for other small and international companies. He serves
as a speaker for events, seminars, trainings and conferences. Some of his recent research and speaking
