Seth has been implementing customer relationship systems for 10 years. He recently led the design and configuration team for the implementation of the Washington Department of Veteran’s Affairs case management system, which focuses on improving communication and collaboration across the agency to better serve veterans. The project unified 19 programs across the agency into one common system and standardized the agency’s data model, building a foundation to quickly add future programs to the system.
Seth was an instrumental in the design and build out of RSM’s Title 31 tool built on Dynamics 365, CAML (Casino Anti-Money Laundering). The CAML toolset empowers analysts to identify and follow up with suspicious activity across multiple properties.
Seth’s primary focus is on architecting and delivering technology that is intuitive using relevant, real-time information so that clients can make informed and data-driven decisions. He consistently works with clients to deliver process and technology improvements, assists in their technology journey through organizational change management, and explains the technology through hands-on training.
