Tammy Fawcett is a business-centric executive leader and board member with over 30 years of ERP industry experience, developing and implementing successful business-to-business professional service organizations. She is a strategic leader, who delivers rapid revenue growth supported by new service offerings, preparing and overseeing complex budgets, recruiting and retaining highly skilled and motivated teams, and implementing the right tools needed to support an international professional services organization.
In her career Tammy has been passionate about growing organizations that support cultural and gender diversity. In her current role as COO of ArcherPoint, ArcherPoint has achieved 50/50 gender diversity globally. This passion has led Tammy to mentor women throughout her career with a vision of providing a path into the tech industry and has drawn Tammy to become involved in organizations that support women in tech. Tammy is a member of the Leadership Team of WECAN and a member of Athena Alliance. Both organizations work with women and industries to promote leadership opportunities for women in tech.
