As a Solutions Architect, my job is to turn your business processes and needs into dynamic solutions to improve your efficiency and empower your users to complete their work with confidence in the software they are using. With a Masters’ Degree in Accounting, I can bridge the gap between your financial team and our technical team.
I understand the challenges and questions you have. From an implementation of software you have never seen before, to a customization to make your daily job easier, rest assured that your questions and concerns are heard. I’ve been there. It can be intimidating to ask questions, raise concerns, or speak up when you do not feel your business needs are met. My unique perspective of being an end-user turned Solutions Architect allows me to connect with you, speak your business language, and deliver solutions and changes that will create efficiencies. Training and empowering users to be able to complete their job is my passion. By arming your team with quality documentation, you’ll be able to complete work with confidence and fully understand why each action is necessary. When you need clarification, I’d love to set up a phone call with screen share – I’ve found it’s the most effective way to sort things out. I also love to send “follow up to the follow up” – through additional documentation and visuals for your team.
Requirements gathering, creating functional designs, performing quality assurance testing, providing training sessions, and leading user acceptance testing are only some of the project phases I am involved in. I have worked with various industries to create Segregation of Duties compliant security roles within the Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance spaces.
At the end of the day, the most rewarding aspect of my job is seeing users satisfied with their new business processes and their ability to complete them without further assistance.
