Manufacturing 101 for Business Central
Description
Business Central can be utilized as a powerful tool for all aspects in manufacturing, but can be difficult to understand when first getting started. This session will cover the basics of manufacturing utilizing production orders. Starting with configuring items, to mapping out routings through Work Centers, this session will give the user a fundamental understanding of Business Central’s capabilities.
By the end of this session, the user will be able to:
- Configure an item for use in production orders
- Understand Work Centers and Machine Centers
- Create Production BOMs
- Understand the basics of routings
- Successfully implement production order processing
