Description
Getting started is always the hardest step. Service Mgmt offers some nuisances that aren’t for the faint of heart. In this session we will explore the depths of the Service Item, including Serv. Item Groups and Std. Serv. Item Gr. Codes. Then we will tackle the structure of the Service Order, from the tabs in the Service Header to the Service Lines and the Service Item Worksheet. Before we end the session we will see how the posted invoice updates G/L and the service history of the Service Item.
