Description
Learn how to get the most out of Dynamics 365 and Teams at your organization. In this session you will learn how to connect and collaborate on records within Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Teams. From Dynamics 365 we will learn how to engage in Teams chat, link records to channels, and how embedded Teams calling and meetings work. From Microsoft Teams we will learn how to display and work with records within channels (including features of Viva Sales), how file integration works, and displaying Dynamics dashboards within the Teams application.
