Y’all know the basics but this session cover Warranties, Service Contracts & Walk-ins. Warranties mean different things to different businesses. Providing warranty for things you manufacture requires different reporting requirements than providing warranty for things you purchased from the manufacturer. We will review processing Service Orders for both types of warranties, selling Service Contracts, processing Service Orders & creating customers on the fly for a walk-in or call-in for service.
