In this session, we'll talk about 4 adult learning styles and how to reach everyone in your CRM/CE training. Attending this session will help you understand how to optimize your Dynamics 365 end user training for each learning type: Visual, Auditory, Reading & Writing, Kinesthetic. We will share different training materials to create to reach each type, and we will spend a few minutes talking about how you can adapt your system configuration to different learning styles.
