Description

For those who are considering a new software implementation. This session is for anyone who has never implemented, or has failed at implementing, software. Suzie, an ERP solution consultant, and Tiffany, a project manager, will share key lessons learned, tips, tricks, and gotchas to prepare for in an implementation. Through this session, we will explore the importance of requirements gathering, clean data, testing, and other elements that may bring better success to the project.
