Description
The client/partner dance can feel like a perfectly choreographed ballet, or like an awkward middle-school slam dance. In this session I'll share lessons learned from 20+ years and hundreds of client engagements. Like dancing, it comes down to selecting the right partner, and learning how to let each other lead at different times during the dance (okay, maybe the analogy isn't perfect).
