Credit Management – Automating the reduction of risk in Dynamics 365 F&O (AX)
Description
Users will review the capabilities of the functionality in credit and collections. They will explore the process of setting up the feature as well diving deeper into the functionality. They will dig into the key capabilities such as defining risk scores, use pre-defined risk attributes or add custom attributes. They will discover the automation through workflows, automatic credit limit calculations, and the automatic release of orders once the reasons are mitigated.
