Posting groups in Business Central are in general links between accounts in the different application areas to the G/L accounts in the general application area. Because of that posting groups are the spine of the finance module in Business Central. But how important they are, they are even more complex on first sight. In this session, we will try to demystify posting groups and show a different approach for a better understanding of their logic. In this first part we will cover standard inventory and trade scenarios with examples.
