The built in Microsoft Dynamics 365 training and support leaves a lot to be desired. It is not targeted for Dynamics 365 users but instead only helps the admins. This in turn hurts user adoption unfortunately because users cannot find what they need at their moment of need. The good news is that there is a better way through context sensitive support and training that can be enabled quickly and easily by a Dynamics 365 admin.
